In 2023, ACOD introduced the Advanced HR Management (AHRM) Certification for 18 textile companies, designed as an exam-based certification program. A total of 45 HR professionals from textile firms in Sialkot, Lahore, Faisalabad, and Rawalpindi participated in the initiative, out of which as many as 35 qualified the examination. The AHRM Certification provided a structured pathway for both experienced HR professionals and emerging practitioners to enhance their knowledge and skills across essential areas of Human Resource Management. The program was built around six certification options, enabling participants to select the specialization most relevant to their professional needs and organizational priorities. Through this flexible structure, the certification not only strengthened technical HR competencies but also supported participants in applying advanced practices to improve workplace effectiveness and organizational performance:
