Inclusive HR Practitioner Certification Programme
The Advanced HR Strategies – Inclusive HR Practitioner Certification Programme has been introduced in 2025 to strengthen the capacity of HR professionals in the textile sector to integrate diversity and inclusion within advanced HR frameworks. The programme is designed to prepare participants for the evolving needs of inclusive workplaces by combining HR strategy with practical tools that foster equity and belonging. It consists of five modules: Foundations of D&I Influenced HR; HR Policies Development; Inclusive Policies, Practices, and Workplace Design; Setting KPIs and Measuring Progress in D&I; and Driving Culture Change and Sustaining D&I Initiatives. Collectively, these modules provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills to align HR functions with inclusive practices that enhance both organizational performance and employee experience. So far, first two modules have been completed – training as well as examinations for the initial 2 modules have been successfully conducted, and more than 50 HR professionals from textile companies in Karachi, Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore, and Sialkot have participated and qualified. Their successful completion reflects the growing commitment of the textile industry towards embedding inclusivity into HR systems and policies. As the programme moves through the remaining modules, it is expected to further contribute to building a cadre of HR leaders who can effectively champion inclusive transformation and sustain D&I initiatives across the sector.
